Flying Around

Cas flew over the beach before landing softly on the sand. Hmm she thought I wonder if there are any other creatures around

Sunlit Spirit was along side the sea doing the thing he loved, running. He had been alone for quite some time but he didn't mind it. As he passed a boulder there a mare there but he didn't notice her as he was having so much fun. He reared up in the water and fell into it going under and coming back up playfully. He swam to the shore and shook of standing there looking out at the sea and sighed. "Man that was great! Hehe ever since I left that stupid herd I have had the time of my life!" He laughed.

Cas noticed the stallion frolicking in the sea. Well somebody's having fun she thought as she smiled. Her fleabitten coat was clean as normal but she needed to find a place to wash her wings. She walked over to the edge of the sea, took to the air and flew down further out. She then dipped her wings in the water.

[Admin]

Spirit just saw the mare fly out and wash her wings just as he was prancing in the water again. "Hey you like the beach too huh?" He called out. Spirit then walked on the wet beach writing something out on the sand with his hooves that said 'Hi'. He made it big enough so the mare could see it from the sky and he laughed when he was done neighing to the mare. "Haha! You can do anything here." He then wet to knee high water and started stomping splashing water everywhere.

Cas laughed at his message from the air. "Hello" she called back to him "I guess I do like the beach. I feel free here! I'm Cas, you are?"

[Admin]

Spirit laughed heartily "I'm Sunlit Spirit perfect name for the way I love the beach. You can call me Spirit though." He called back. He then started to run along side the shore, He was one of the fastest horses on the island since that was all that he did. He neighed loudly showing his joy. "Come on down here so we can play with the sea's waves!" He ran into the ocean making a loud crashing noise from hitting the waves such force. He then stood in the water and tried to stay standing from the waves, he had great strength from doing this everyday also. He strength and speed made both the lights and darks wish to have him on their side but he just ignored them and continued to play with the sea. Some horses called him 'The Sea Guardian' for this reason.

[Dragz]

"Ok" Cas flew down. "I like your name" she told him "It does suit you! My name is just strange. Cascading Waters. Hardly makes any sense" and she trotted into the sea and jumped the waves. "I'm suprised to do not take a side. Both sides could really do with your help"

[Admin]

"I do not wish to fight in a war that would only cause destruction to beautiful places like this. If I join that would just mean more bloodshed, which is something I don't want." He spoke with a firm voice as he had thought about this many times. Trying to bring up a better conversation, "Besides I wouldn't have any ocean to play with I'd be beached on a drought land." He laughed "I don't know what I'd do without my waves." He then stomped and splashed Cas and pranced around in the water making giant waves.

[Dragz]

"Yes, I understand" Cas replied. He then splased her and stomped around "Sometimes I almost think they should take the beach away from you!" she said jokingly

[Admin]

"You can take the beach from me but you can't take me from the beach." He laughed then started galloping along the beach like a blur making splashes all the way. He neighed joyfully "I am forever free like the waves!" He called

[Dragz]

Cas laughed at his remark. She flew up, then thundered down again, splashing all over him before continuing jumping the waves "I could do this all day" she muttered

[Admin]

Spirit had been doing this for 5 hours so far and wasn't even showing signs of stopping, he loved it here! "Haha! This place is carefree and heaven on earth!" He kept running but when Cas out of site he turned around and ran back running right past and soaking her completely. He then kept running and was out of site again. When he got a half a mile away he looked back and she was only a dot on the horizon. "Hmm maybe I should go back so she doesn't think I ditched her. I'll clean myself off first." He went into neck deep water so that he had to swim. While he was bathing an orca happened to see him and was hungry. The orca started forward and then bumped Spirit further out to sea. Spirit had seen the orca and saw him coming. He got hit further out to sea and was swimming back towards the beach but soon found it useless. So he fought, he went underwater and saw the orca charging at him. Spirit turned out of the way and as the orca passed he kicked it in the side leaving a huge welt on his skin. The orca cried out in pain and lashed his tail at Spirit. He got hit by the tail and went up for air, then went back down. He couldn't see the orca, so thinking he fled he went up and started heading for shore. The orca though was hiding and when Spirit turned his back the orca went underneath him and bit his stomach. Spirit neighed loudly and went underwater to kick the orca again with all his strength. This made the orca fall back and it tried to come back and attack again but couldn't seem to have the strength to move. Spirit then went down and bit the orca on his stomach then went up for air. He then went for the beach and this time he reached it. He stood there for a minute catching his breath.

Cas saw Spirit disappear into the sea and flew over to help him. When she reached him, he was standing by the waters edge. "You ok?" she asked "What happened?" she flickered er eyes back and forth from Spirit and the sea.

[Admin]

"Let's just say that one less orca lives in the sea." Spirit then went and stood in stomach deep water to heal his wounds. He moaned a bit as it burned but he knew it would help him so he waited till the burning was gone and got out. "[b]I think that's my cue to stay out of the water for a bit.

[Dragz]

True Cas said But you really need to get those wounds seen to. A snake did that to me and I left them, bathing in water. It didn't help. They got worse and worse and became infected. I still have the scars

[Admin]

"Nah I've been attacked multiply times and yet no scars. It's fine." Spirit started off at a trot then a canter on the shore. (to a normal horse it would be a the speed of a moderate gallop)

[Dragz]

Fine, then she said Just don't come moaning to me if anything happens she sighed and flew off.

[Admin]

"Well in that case I won't be running into to you till the end of time." Spirit then started galloping as fast as the wind itself and in 30 minutes was on the other side of the island. Just then a friesian showed up and stood infront of him. Spirit stopped and stood .6hh shorter than the friesian but was more muscular. This horse had a voice of solid ice "Are you Sunlit Spirit?"
"Whose asking?" Though he knew already.

"A soldier of the great and mighty Demon's Blade who has sent me to find and bring you back to him." The friesian said glaring at Spirit.

"Well I'm sorry to s...well actually I'm not sorry to say that I'm not coming with you and you can tell that lame excuse of a horse that you call great and mighty that I said No and to stop begging me!" With that Spirit went around the black silhouette and galloped off.

The friesian tried to chase after him but gave up after a few minutes when Spirit went out of sight.

Cas saw Spirit gallop from the dark friesian and snorted So, it does seem like he will not join a side she thought We will soon see about that she smiled wickedly to herself. As a dark in disguise, she thought she must report to Demon's Blade.

((Can she be a dark in disguise? Is that ok? No other horses know))

[Admin]

((Yea that's sounds fine!))

Spirit galloped off and found a cave. "I wish they would just leave me alone! They only want me cause I'm strong and fast! I just wanna bust that Demon's Blade head in, that would be so satisfying!" He reared and hit the ground with a loud crack then went to the entrance and laid down.

Cascading Waters flew back to Sunset Beach, thinking again of her meeting with Blade and her task ahead. He likes the water she thought Maybe I could use this to my advantage? she flew overhead, scanning for a sign of Spirit. She finally spotted him. She dived down, neck low. This is where you are she said sweetly I have been looking for you she thought about Terragon, the place where she really had been. I can see why you run from them. I have heard Blade is cruel and horrid. As a neutral, I she paused I have not met him, yet I do not want to
The 3 day task loomed over her. What will happen to me if I do not complete it? she thought Blade will be sure to tear me to shreds!

[Admin]

Spirit lifted his head when Cas landed "Hey! Yea those darks really are horrid but I've never really met them so I can't really say myself." He stood up and walked over to Cas.

They definatley are! she said to him whilst simling inside her head. I wish somebody would stand up to them, go into Terragon and rip them to pieces! I have often dreamed of this, but have never been brave enough Cas thought. If she could get Spirit to go into Terragon, he would belong with the darks. Blade would be sure of it.
