Rionach watched everything but the breeding, she wasn't there for that part. She heard her mom call her in to meet her new brother.

i had a little bit more freedom with the chain only on my neck i pull at it trying to get it off but then i saw the sunlight and backed up into the boulder i was tied to

"Great! Sometimes I really am an idiot. Anyway, why do I care for Spirit, he got himself into his mess, then got me in here!" Sky was confused. Half of her felt sorry for Spirit, knowing how he lived there, but half of her felt anger towards him as she wouldn't be stuck in this horrible place if he had not convinced her to run. ~Why is it all so hard~ she thought to herself ~Can't I just give up now? But I can sense Blade hasn't finished yet. There's something about the way he was leaving, something that makes me think. It's coming. The foal, and the torture.~

Spirit lay on the ground half dead already. He hadn't eaten in three days which would have been nothing except that he had been beaten like 3 or 4 times a day for no reason. It was today that Blade would come and either kill him or welcome him to the darks, if welcome is the right word. Blade entered and Spirit just looked up at him with his bloodshot eyes. "I know why you came so no need to say anything." Spirit sighed and struggled to stand up, Blade grinning as he watched. "I...I wish to join the darks." He moaned the last few words but knew he would be no use to the other prisoners dead and being a dark would gain him access anywhere that is if he is convincing enough to Blade. "Well I am glad you finally have chosen the winning side of the battlefield." Blade motioned the soldiers forward and they took off the chains keeping one around his neck. "But to prove it you must do something only a dark would do." He smiled and led Spirit to Angel and Sky's cave. As he entered the soldiers blocked Spirit in the cave and Blade let go of the chain. "You must torture one of them." Blade grinned looking from Spirit to Angel.

Spirit flinches and looks from Angel to Blade. "I...I can't do it, I am only beginning please don't make me do this." Spirit closed his eyes ~Am I really this weak?! I am weak and a fool, I deserve to die!~ He shook his head and backed up a bit. Blade looked at him and frowned. "Either that or you breed her." He grinned and glared at Angel "Or I will." Spirit looked at Angel ~I can't!~ Spirit reared up and came down on Blade. He then ran over to Angel and unchained her. Blade felt the pain on his back but then when he saw Angel free he ran forward and knocked Spirit down. "I guess I was wrong on how strong you are! You are weak and foolish!" Spirit lay there and kept Blade distracted giving Angel a chance to run.

i stand frozen not knowing what to do one thing i knew was if i ran the guards were sure to kill me and if i stay i will just be used for breeding and torture

Spirit stood up and yelled at the guards. They turned and all the guards and Blade surrounded Spirit. He looked at Angel letting her know to run then reared up and started to buck at the horses.

By now a stallion charged at Spirit but missed and hit another stallion. Spirit smiled and slammed into a friesian on his right knocking him down. Spirit saw the other mares free and ran out of the cave making all the stallions chase him. He was exhausted by now and the stallions easily caught up to him, boxing him in edging him towards the cliff. "Say goodnight little boy." One of them hissed. Spirit pushed against the one further from the cliff and started to run along to the bottom of the canyon. Blade stood outside the cave furious as he watched Spirit run off. "If you want something done do it yourself." He grumbled. He then took off down the edge of the canyon following Spirit's tracks.

Sky galloped, faster than she had ever done before. She looked back and saw Spirit behind her, with Blade on is tail. A guard appeared just ahead of her, she skidded into it, lashing out with her front legs. She sent it flying, and continued to the gates of Terragon. Sky caugt her foot down a hole, stumbled and went over on her knees. Pain surged through her, yet she carried on. Then, the pain and tiredness loomed over her, making it a challenge to keep going. But the sight of Spirit as she turned round made her gallop. ~I'm bound to run into a guard soon~ she thought ~Then I will be in a worse state than before~

Sapphire intently watched the chase. She wished she could join, but she couldnt cause of the previous birth.

when i ran out of the cave i headed for the leads cave knowing all the guards and blade would be busy i walk in and saw his lead and snorted at her "Wheres my son"

Sapphire looks up and sees Angel. Diablo has him under training, he is far far away. Omer belongs to us now, so run along now, cause it is impossible to get him back Sapphire said. Tamura (grr i think the name is spelled right) hides behinds his mother's legs and peeks his head out at the unwelcomed visitor. now run before you get locked up again, you have 10 seconds

Sapphire snarled and said I do not no! she said telling the truth. Really the only foal here was Taurel cause he still suckled. Rionach was watching her father, and Omer well she didn't no. Sapphire reared up and crashed on her head. I then grab a chunk of her neck.

i whinny in pain and rear coming down on her shoulder dislocating it and poing it out of place i rear again and land my hardest on her forehead

Sky saw Angel move off into, what she thought to be, Sapphire's cave. She sighed, hesitated, and carried on. By this time, Spirit and Blade were gaining on her, she forced her young gangly legs to go faster and she was almost at the entrance, or exit to her, when 5 hefty guards completely blocked her way.

Blade could tell that Sapphire was in trouble and saw that 5 guards blocked Spirit and Sky so he headed to his lead cave blocking Angel in. He saw the fight then charged forward knocking Angel off her feet and stood over her. He was breathing heavily and his eyes were burning into her. "You leave now or you will be dead!" He roared his voice echoing through Terragon.

Sky saw Spirit behind her, but no Blade. ~Why has Angel gone?~ she wondered. The guards were still in front of her, completely blocking her path through. She took a chance and leaped down the side of the slope, but misjudged the landing and skidded, falling onto a rock. A pain surged through her as her broken leg stuck out at a horrible angle. She was stuck, the guards getting closer and closer by the second.

Spirit saw her fall and stood over her. "Leave her be you vermin!" He lashed out at them with his front hooves one of them catching a stallions neck leaving a welt. He was exhausted and was very weak but it didn't show at all. He was breathing heavily as he charged out of the other stallions. Three of them surrounded Spirit as the other two went for Sky.

Sky watched him fight but couldn't find the energy to talk. She thrust her head back, a guard stamped on it and she lay there, unconscious.
