Cas flew over the beach and looked down at Spirit. There were two other horses there, she recognised one as the mare who Blade let free, but didn't know the other one. She hovered above the cave, listening in to Spirit

*glances up at Cas as she flew by but didn't pay her much attention, gets up and shakes the sand off her coat and beats most of the water off her wings, then trots down the beach at the edge of the water and stares out over it*

Spirit groaned as he pulled himself to get up. "Blade will pay for this." He then walked out of the cave and saw Sky. "I'm going for a run if you wish to join me." He then and down the beach for a bit so that his muscles didn't cramp up. He went at a trot and finally reached a canter. "Still faster than any horse. Good thing too." He nickered and then saw some grass nearby so he stopped and started to graze on them feeling refreshed.

Sky watched Spirit gallop around and sighed, thinking how fast he could go.

Cas watched Spirit and noticed that he hadn't lost his speed.

Spirit was now refreshed and sighed. "Well seems I haven't lost speed let's see my strength." With that he walked out to see and stood belly deep. As the waves crashed against him and stood his ground hardly even flinching. Sweat started forming on his coat so he left and smiled as he stood on the beach. "Well seems I'm in perfect shape as I was before enslavement." He then galloped as fast as he could back to Sky. He was almost a blur on the beach as he almost forgot to stop infront of Sky. He slowed down and turned to her. "Glad to say I'm as in great a shape as before possibly better."

Sky smiled at Spirit "Never knew you could go so fast" she said when he reached her

Cas snorted as another creature joined the sky with her. She flew over. "What do you want?" she snapped

Free Spirit nickered. "Yea ever since I left the herd I've been training and screwing around." He chuckled then looked up seeing Cas. His smile faded into an angry expression. "Why are you here!? Get down here so I can trample you under my hooves!"

Sky wondered how he's had the engery to train. She then turned to anger as Spirit did. "Who is she?" she asked, looking up at Cas

Meanwhile, Cas lauged at Spirit "I'm quite happy here, thank you" and she flew a circle in the air.

Spirit didn't look away from Cas. "She's the one that turned me into Blade!" He then pawed the ground. "What you scared Cas?! I wonder why that is!" He reared up and neighed loudly. "Mist do what you want but get her down here!" He was angry now and wished to break Cas's bones, badly.

Sky was shocked. "No way! I could go up there and kill her now" Her horn glowed brightly when Sky became angry

Cas looked over Mist, sniggering at her remark "Well you had better watch out. I could swipe you down with one blow. And, I have better...acquaintances" She said, thinking of Blade. She then looked down at Spirit "I've got nothing to be scared of. Unless you think that yourself and that mare are threats! So, if you want to see me, come and join me up in the air" She smiled sarcastically

*smirks at Cas, eyes flaming brightly as she tried to control her anger* You shouldn't be so cocky, it could get you into trouble. I've been in my share of battles and I can fight well if I must. And I don't need to call in help or threaten to at a possible threat.Unlike you apparently

Spirit landed with a silently and neighed angrily. "If you had nothing scared of then you will be down here on the sand!" He then watched as the tow mares got angry. "I am going to be the one taking Cas down, she did nothing you two but she did a lot to me!" He then half reared and then bolted following Cas beneath her.

Cas rolled her eyes at them all. "If only you knew how ridiculous you sound" se called "And I have no intention of getting into battle today. Blade called me to check on you, not to get you back again. You were released, we have Cresent, there is no need for you"

"I don't care how I sound all I care about is the sound of your bones crushing beneath me!" He reared up then heard Blade had Crescent. "How did Crescent get in the hands of Blade!"

Cas sighed "Somehow I don't think you're going to get me. Even if I do come down" she flew down and landed a couple of metres away from Spirit "Happy now? Anyway, Cresent just walked into Terragon and Blade captured him. Simple as that. And that is why you and her were let go. Angel too" she looked around. cas knew that if Spirit came at her, she could zap and land in another place.

Spirit pawed the ground as she landed and cantered around her in circles. "If you couldn't fly you'd be dead right now lying in a pool of blood, your own of course." After around 3 times around her, as he came behind her where she couldn't see, he lunged towards her and reared up above her so that if she tried to fly he could just land right on her.

Cas was getting bored of this and simply cantered forward."You really don't get it, do you?" she said, and disappeared for Terragon

Spirit snorted then jerked his head letting his mane fall at different directions along his neck. "I'll live a long life and in the mean time I plan to kill that mare." He said it under his breath then started to walk off along the beach letting the waves lightly touch his hooves. He then thought about his temper and looked down at the water. ~What is wrong with me. I've never gotten angry like that before.~ He sighed then stood there watching the ocean, forgetting that Sky and Wind were still around.

Spirit sighed and shook his lightly. "...I don't know." He then looked up at Sky, his eyes a crystal blue that matched the cool and deep blue of the sea. "I've always been able to control my anger before. I wish I couldn't say this truthfully, but I think the dark side has given me rage and anger." He started to walk off when he said this. "But I can't let it get to me. All I need is a bit of exercise and I'll be good as new." He looked back then went out to the sea swimming around for a bit as he tried to take his mind off of the darks and his temper.

Sky sighed at his troubles "Just remember that you are you, and no battle can change that." she watched him swim and tossed back her head, mane flicking and horn glowing in the sunset.
